This is a quick recipe of a delicious snack, made with mushrooms , a perfect starter for all occasions.

Honey chilli mushroom.

Ingredients to make Honey chilli mushroom.

  • 2 pack mushroom
  • 2onion
  • 2green capsicum
  • 1red bell pepper
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • 4tbs cornflour
  • salt.
  • 1/4tsp black pepper.
  • 1/4tsp each soy+chilly sauce+tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • oil for frying

How to make Honey chilli mushroom.

  1. In a bowl put mushrooms.
  2. Add little salt & cornflour.
  3. Add 5 cloves of finely chopped garlic.
  4. Mix it and keep aside for ten minutes.
  5. Heat oil and fry the mushrooms.
  6. Put it on a tissue.
  7. Remove extra oil from the pan and then add the chopped garlic.
  8. Add the sliced onions and saute.
  9. Add the bell peppers.
  10. Saute well.
  11. Add the fried mushrooms.
  12. Put salt and pepper powder.
  13. Add all the sauces.
  14. Put 1/2 cup water in the left over marination and mix it well. Add this slurry to the cooking mushrooms, mix and let the sauce thicken.
  15. Switch off the gas and drizzle honey over the mushrooms.
  16. Serve it hot.

My Tip:

U can cut half d mushroom.
