Ingredients to make Matar poha

  • Poha 1 cup
  • matar 2 spoon
  • mustard seeds 1/2 spoon
  • asafoetida a pinch
  • turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  • sugar 1/2 spoon
  • salt to taste
  • curry leaves 5-6
  • green chilly ,1 chopped

How to make Matar poha

  1. Take a poha. Washed it and rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Take a pan. Add oil . Add mustard seeds and green chilly and peas.
  3. Then add poha. Mix well.
  4. Add all spices
  5. Add lemon juice.
  6. Add lemon juice

My Tip:

Garnish with coriander leaves.
