Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer -50g
  2. Khoya -200g
  3. Sugar -1cup
  4. Maida -30g
  5. Baking powder -pinch
  6. Suji -20g
  7. Oil for frying
  8. Pistachios as required

Instructions

  1. Take a small bowl add paneer khoya cardamom powder maida Suji and baking powder and mix it well.
  2. Add little bit of water and make it into a dough, knead the dough well.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls of equal part, take a small portion of dough
  4. roll it with your hands into small balls, stuff dry fruits into it.
  5. Take a pan add sugar and water and bring it to boil and boil till syrup is one string consistency
  6. Heat oil in a pan fry the jamuns in low flame till they are golden brown Add these jamuns to hot sugar syrup and soak for thirty minutes.
