About Dahi Cutlet Recipe

This cutlet is made from curd and paneer. Its good option for snacks and starter in dinner party or kitty party. Its also healthy and easy to make. If you have hung curd is ready its take less time.

Dahi Cutlet

Ingredients to make Dahi Cutlet

  • Hung curd 1 cup
  • Grated paneer 3/4 cup
  • Bread crumbs 1/4th cup
  • Chopped onion 1 medium size
  • Chopped capsicum 1/2 spoon
  • Chopped ginger 1 inch
  • Chillo flaks 1/4 spoon
  • Oregano 1/4 spoon
  • St as per taste
  • Papet powder 1/4 spoin
  • Finally chopped coriander leaves 1 spoon

How to make Dahi Cutlet

  1. ADD 1 CUP HUNG CURD
  2. ADD 3/4 CUP GRATED PANEER
  3. ADD 1 MEDIUM SIZE CHOPPED ONION, 1 SPOON CHOPPED CAPSICUM AND 1 INCH CHOPPED GINGER
  4. ADD 1/4 CUP BREAD CRUMBS
  5. ADD 1 TABLE SPOON FINALLY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
  6. ADD 1/2 SPOON CHILLI FLAKS AND 1/2 SPOON OREGANO
  7. ADD SALT AS PER TASTE
  8. ADD PAPER POWDER 1/4 SPOON (OPTIONAL)
  9. MIXED ALL INGREDIENTS
  10. TAKE SMALL PART AND MAKE PIE SHAPE AND PRESS IT. ALSO COAT IN DRY BREAD CRUBS
  11. TAKE A PAN AND ADD 2 SPOON OIL
  12. PUT CUTLET IN PAN
  13. SHALLOW FRY IT BOTH SIDE
  14. TAKE CUTLET IN DISH
  15. SERVE WITH TOMETO CATCH UP
