Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
  2. 1 cup semolina
  3. 1 cup finely shredded spinach (palak)
  4. 1 grated potato
  5. 1/2 cup green peas
  6. 1/2 cup capsicum
  7. 1/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
  8. 1 tsp ginger (adrak) paste
  9. 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
  10. salt to taste
  11. 1 cup sour curd (khatta dahi)
  12. 1 tbsp oil
  13. 1 sachet Eno soda
  14. 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. In bowl take Oats,Semolina,yogurt, spinach,peas,capsicum,potato coarsly grind. Add ginger,chilli paste
  2. salt to taste. oil,soda,water .Mix well all ingredients. Give rest for 15 mins.
  3. Mean while In line d muffin moulds with paper cup.preheat d oven.
  4. pour d mixture into muffin moulds. Bake it for 180 dg..for 20 to 25 mins... After baking check with toothpick.
  5. if it nt stick into d toothpick ur muffins r baked properly..
  6. I use kadai for baking d muffins.. Ur Harabhara muffins r ready to serve as... I serve it with paneer bruchetta
  7. for paneer bruchetta.. In a pan heat oil.add onion,carrot,colour bell peppers.saute for while..Add crumple panner.
  8. .instead of cream cheese I use homemade malai..Add mix herbs,chilli flakes,oregano.salt to taste.cook for few mins... Ur paneer bruchetta is ready..
  9. Assemble.. Take muffins spread some melted garlic butter..spread paneer brucheata on muffins.. garnish with grated cheese n ketchup...
  10. Hara bhara muffins paneer bruchetta is ready to serve..
