  1. Poha [flattened rice ] 1 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Oil for frying
  4. Red chilly powder 1 spoon
  5. Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  6. Sugar 1/4 spoon

Instructions

  1. Take a pan.
  2. Add oil .fry poha in the oil.
  3. Then add salt, turmeric powder and red chilly powder.
  4. Mix well.
