ABOUT Noodles Balls RECIPE

Noodles balls or noodles paniyaram is an innovative snack recipe which can be prepared in minutes with easily available ingredients

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 to 2 packet noodles
  2. 2 onions thinly sliced
  3. 1/4 cup chopped carrot
  4. 1/4 cup chopped french beans
  5. 3 green chillies finely chopped
  6. 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  7. Few coriander leaves
  8. Oil required
  9. 2 eggs
  10. 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder

Instructions

  1. In a kadai, add a tablespoon of oil. When heated, add onions, carrot, beans, green chilly and saute till they are cooked well.
  2. Add soy sauce. Mix well
  3. Add taste maker given in noodles packet. Mix well and allow it to cook for few minutes
  4. Add cooked noodles. Mix well. Add few coriander leaves. Mix and turn off gas.
  5. In a small bowl, add eggs, pepper powder, salt. Mix well and keep it aside
  6. Now heat the kuzhi paniyaram pan and add few drops of oil to each kuzhi. Fill each kuzhi with prepared noodles. Add 2 tablespoons of beaten egg mixture to each kuzhi. Close the pan for 2 min and keep the flame very low.
  7. Flip the balls to another side and cook for a min. Remove from heat and repeat the procedure with remaining noodles
  8. Serve hot with tomato ketchup
