ABOUT Spicy baby potato RECIPE

This is a delicious and easy side dish , made wiith baby potatoes, to be served with roti.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Baby potato 1/2 bowl boil
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Ginger chilly paste 1 spoon
  4. Red chilly powder 1 spoon
  5. Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  6. Asafoetida a pinch
  7. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes, peel them.
  2. Then take a pan, add oil .Asafoetida and ginger chilli paste.
  3. Then add potato mix well.
  4. Add all spices and mix well
