ABOUT Orange Lassi RECIPE

A quick summer drink to energise . Orange , a rich source of vitamin C with yogurt , probiotic makes this drink double nutritive .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Yogurt 150gms
  2. Big Orange 1
  3. Cinnamon stick 1 inch
  4. water a medium glass full
  5. Honey as taste for the sweetness

Instructions

  1. Wash , peel out the outer skin deseed and take the flesh of one whole orange .
  2. In a mixie , add the fruit and half glass of water and blend to orange juice .
  3. Prepare orange juice .
  4. Add the yogurt to the prepared orange juice .
  5. Add a piece of cinnamon stick .
  6. Blend this to a smooth lassi by adding another half glass of water .
  7. Transfer to the serving glasses .
  8. Top it with generous honey for the sweetness .
  9. Orange Lassi is ready .Beat the heat !
