ABOUT Spring Onion and potato paratha RECIPE

This is a healthy mixed paratha, made with spring onions and potatoes. These can be served as snack or given as breakfast to the kids.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Potato boil and mashed 1
  2. Spring onion 1/2 cup chopped
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Garam masala powder 1/2 spoon
  5. Ginger chilly paste 1/2 spoon
  6. Wheat flour 1 cup
  7. Water as required
  8. Oil as required
  9. Ghee as required

Instructions

  1. Take a wheat flour. Add salt and 1 spoon oil.Mix well.
  2. Add water and knead dough.
  3. Then take a boil potato and chopped onion mix all masala .
  4. Then make a round Roti.put a aloo onion masala stuffing on middle.
  5. Fold it.
  6. Then make a paratha.
  7. Then place paratha on pan. And greased with oil .
  8. Roasted it both sides.
  9. Serve hot.
