ABOUT Leftover rice pancakes RECIPE

This is a healthy receipe made from leftover cooked rice and veggies of your choice. It can be made within 15 minutes and is a perfect tea time snack for all age groups .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cooked rice -1 cup
  2. Rice flour -3 tablespoon
  3. Gram flour -3 tablespoon
  4. carrot-1 grated
  5. Raddish -1 grated
  6. Onion-1 finely chopped
  7. Green chilli -2 finely chopped
  8. pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon
  9. salt to taste
  10. lemon juice -1 teaspoon
  11. coriander leaves few

Instructions

  1. Mix all the given ingredients except oil in a bowl along with little water .The consistency should be that of idly batter
  2. In a pan drizzle oil and make mini pancakes.Cook in medium flame and flip over to cook other side.
  3. Serve hot .
