Cooked rice -1 cup
Rice flour -3 tablespoon
Gram flour -3 tablespoon
carrot-1 grated
Raddish -1 grated
Onion-1 finely chopped
Green chilli -2 finely chopped
pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon
salt to taste
lemon juice -1 teaspoon
coriander leaves few
Instructions
Mix all the given ingredients except oil in a bowl along with little water .The consistency should be that of idly batter
In a pan drizzle oil and make mini pancakes.Cook in medium flame and flip over to cook other side.
Serve hot .
