Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For lollipops :2 cup finely chopped cabbage
  2. 2 cup grated carrot
  3. 1 cup finely chopped capsicum
  4. 1 cup finely chopped onions
  5. 1/2 grated beetroot
  6. 1 tbsp spring onion chopped
  7. 1/2 cup peas
  8. 2 tsp black pepper powder
  9. 2tsp ginger garlic paste
  10. 2 tsp chilli flakes
  11. 4 tbsp maida
  12. Other ingredients :Chopped coriander n spring onions greens for garnishing
  13. 2 large boiled, pealed potatoes
  14. Salt as per taste
  15. For sauce:2 tsp sesame oil
  16. 2 tbsp ginger,garlic paste
  17. 1 tbsp chopped spring onions(optional)
  18. 4 tsp soya sauce
  19. 4 tsp ketchup
  20. 2 tsp chilliflakes
  21. Water for adjusting consistency
  22. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. For lollipops :First take all the vegetables in a bowl and mix it with maida,and all the other ingredients.Make a firm dough.
  2. Next shape the mixture in your hand and insert an ice-cream stick in it.
  3. Apply it all over the icecream stick and give it a lollipop shape.Do this step with firmly else your lollipop might fall apart while frying.
  4. Next fry it in low to medium flame till it gets golden brown from all side.
  5. Drain on to the paper napkin.
  6. Always fry on low flame turning continuosly .
  7. For Bar B Que sauce: First heat a sesame oil in a pan.
  8. Add ginger garlic paste , and saute for a while.
  9. Now add sauce and soya sauce ,salt ,chilli flakes and mix well.
  10. Now add some water to adjust the sauce consistency.
  11. Now dip all the lollipops in bar b que sauce.
  12. Now garnish with spring onions greens n coriander and serve immediately.
