Ingredients to make Beetroot Barfi
- Three medium Beetroots grated finely . ( Don’t make it too mushy and watery )
- 3 tablespoon
- powder 1 teaspoon
- Grated equal cup .
- Palm candies 1.5 cup
How to make Beetroot Barfi
My Tip:Don’t add extra ghee and water . The consistency would turn to halwa . Keep stirring the Beetroot coconut mixture continuously for the right consistency . Cut the barfis when they are warm and don’t wait till turn cool .
