Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Soya granual 2 cup
  2. cooked rice 1 tablespoon
  3. besan 2 tablespoon
  4. coriander leaves 1 cup
  5. green chilli 4
  6. onion 1
  7. ginger 1 inch
  8. garlic 9 - 10 cloves
  9. salt as per taste
  10. oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. grind all the ingredients together ( except oil)
  2. make a smooth paste
  3. make small tikkis ( chaap) from the paste
  4. heat oil in the pan
  5. deep fry all the chaap
  6. fry until it becomes golden brown from both sides
