Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For mixing :
  2. Paneer crumbled : 1 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Red chilli powder to taste
  5. Coriander powder to taste
  6. Suji [semolina]: 4-5 tbsp
  7. Bread crumbs : 4 tbsp
  8. Green chilli chopped : 1
  9. Maida : 1 tbsp
  10. Cornflour : 1 tbsp
  11. Chaat masala to taste
  12. Degi mirch : 1 tsp or to taste
  13. Thick curd : 1 tsp
  14. For outer coating :
  15. Bread crumbs : 1/2 cup or as needed

Instructions

  1. Mix all the given ingredients for mixture in a bowl. Mix well. Make it in small triangle shape.
  2. Coat with bread crumbs properly. Keep aside in a fridge for 15 mins.
  3. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry till golden.
  4. Paneer suji nuggets are ready to serve. Serve hot with green chutney.
