Ingredients to make Chiken Gujiya

  • For dough -maida -1cup
  • water -1/4cup
  • salt - 1/2tablespoon
  • oil - 1tablespoon
  • For Filling
  • Shredded chiken - 1/2cup
  • Green chillie - 1
  • cilantro - 2/3tablespoon
  • capsicum - 1/4cup chopped
  • onion - 1/4cup chopped
  • Boiled corns - 1/4cup
  • salt - 1/2tablespoon
  • pepper powder - 1/2tablespoon
  • oil - For deep frying

How to make Chiken Gujiya

  1. Add all the ingredients for making dough and keep it aside.
  2. In a pan add all the ingredients that are listed above for makin chiken filling.
  3. Role small puris out of dough.
  4. Put some filling in it apply water.
  5. Than fold it like a moon.
  6. Lastly deep fry it.
