Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Roti 4 numbers
  2. Onion 1
  3. Tomato 1
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  5. Red chilly 8 numbers
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Coriander powder 2 teaspoon
  8. Cashew 10 number
  9. Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  10. Kasoori methi a pinch
  11. Ketchup 2 table spoon
  12. Salt
  13. Butter 2 table spoon
  14. Cheese 4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. In a pan fry chillies add butter and saute onion and tomato add ginger garlic paste
  2. Saute well and let it cool
  3. Grind to fine paste
  4. In the same pan add butter and add ground paste and saute it for 1 minute
  5. Grind cashew into fine paste
  6. Add it to the masala
  7. Add 1/2 cup water
  8. Let it boil
  9. Add paneer pieces
  10. Cook till gravy thickens
  11. Add kasoori methi
  12. Take a roti spread cheese over it and spread the masala
  13. Wrap it and serve hot
  14. If needed add some chopped onion over the masala in the wrap
