Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. potatoes half kilogram
  2. salt to taste
  3. red chilli powder half teaspoon
  4. crushed coriander seeds one tablespoon
  5. dry mango powder half teaspoon
  6. maida/all purpose flour half kilogram
  7. oil two tablespoons for dough
  8. oil for frying half kilogram
  9. ajwain one fourth teaspoon
  10. half teaspoon garam masala
  11. two teaspoon oil to prepare potatoes

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes
  2. peel n mash roughly
  3. in a pan take two teaspoon oil add dry coriander seeds and let it splutter
  4. Now add mashed potatoes
  5. add salt red chilli powder garam masala and dry mango powder
  6. cook till all spices get mixed well
  7. keep
  8. Side by side make dough
  9. in maida add half teaspoon salt n oil mix well
  10. sprinkle water on it slowly n make dough
  11. keep it covered for 15 minutes
  12. now make small equal balls of dough
  13. flatten and roll out into small puris
  14. cut them into halves
  15. wet the corners of cut puri stick it into a shape of a cone
  16. Into it fill the prepared potato mash a teaspoon is enough
  17. seal by wetting the ends
  18. make all similarly
  19. now heat oil and deep fry them on medium heat
  20. keep flipping and the heat should not ruse at anytime
  21. fry till the cover is crisp and golden
  22. serve hot with sauce of your choice
