Its an all time famous Indian snack.

Vada pav

Ingredients to make Vada pav

  • potatoes - 2
  • salt - As required
  • turmeric powder - 1+1tablespoon
  • mustard seeds - 1/2tablespoon
  • ginger/garlic - 1tablespoon
  • Green chillie-1
  • curry leaves - Few
  • Gram flor -1cup
  • water -1/4cup
  • oil - For deep frying

How to make Vada pav

  1. Boiled the potatoes and keep it aside.
  2. In a pan add 1spoon oil add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  3. Than add g/g/g saute it for 2mins.
  4. Add salt and mashed potatoes.
  5. Make vadas and keep it aside.
  6. In a bowl add gram flor,salt,turmeric powder and water mix well.
  7. Dip the wadas in it than deep fry it.
