Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Potatoes - 2
  2. Salt - As required
  3. Turmeric powder - 1+1tablespoon
  4. Mustard seeds - 1/2tablespoon
  5. Ginger/garlic - 1tablespoon
  6. Green chillie-1
  7. Curry leaves - Few
  8. Gram flor -1cup
  9. Water -1/4cup
  10. Oil - For deep frying

Instructions

  1. Boiled the potatoes and keep it aside.
  2. In a pan add 1spoon oil add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  3. Than add g/g/g saute it for 2mins.
  4. Add salt and mashed potatoes.
  5. Make vadas and keep it aside.
  6. In a bowl add gram flor,salt,turmeric powder and water mix well.
  7. Dip the wadas in it than deep fry it.
