Tricolor Pinwheel Rolls

Ingredients to make Tricolor Pinwheel Rolls

  • Bread slices- a few
  • butter- 50 gms
  • Green chutney- 2 tbsp
  • Schezwan chutney- 2 tbsp
  • Chaat masala as required

How to make Tricolor Pinwheel Rolls

  1. Take three bread slices and cut their brown sides.
  2. After cutting roll it out with the help of rolling pin.
  3. Now apply butter on first bread and season it with chaat masala, green chutney in second and schezwan chutney in the last one.
  4. Now place the slice over each other. At the bottom schezwan chutney, then green chutney in the middle and at the top butter.
  5. Now slowly roll all the bread slices to make a perfect roll.
  6. After rolling wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or silver foil and put it aside for 10 minutes.
  7. After 10 minutes, remove the wrap and cut it with the help of knife.
  8. And now your rolls are all set to serve. Serve it with ketchup or whatever you want.

My Tip:

There are so many or I should say endless possibilities of making bread rolls. You can use fruits, vegetables, cheese, paneer, etc.
