Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sooji 1 cup
  2. Butter milk 2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Take a sooji. Add butter milk and mix well.
  2. Then rest for 30 minutes.
  3. After that add salt and some water.mix well.
  4. In a steamer greased oil.
  5. Pour batter into it.
  6. After 10-12 minutes check it.
  7. Serve hot
