Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled Rice 1 cup
  2. Coconut grated 1 cup
  3. jaggery syrup 1/2 cup
  4. Cardamom powder 2 teaspoon
  5. Dry ginger powder 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Dry roast rice until it pops in low flame
  2. Powder it ( should not be very fine powder)
  3. Make jaggery syrup and add coconut in it and mix well
  4. Add rice powder by lots. Mix well
  5. Make balls of the mix
