Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Pene Pasta 2 cups
  2. Garlic ginger paste 2 tea spoons
  3. Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tea spoon
  4. pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon
  5. Garam masala Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. salt to taste
  7. All purpose flour 4 table spoons
  8. Corn flour 1 table spoon
  9. Curry leaves few
  10. oil for deep frying


  1. Boil water in avessel adding a teaspoon of oil and some salt.
  2. Once the water starts boiling , add the pasta pieces in to it.
  3. Boil till the pastas are cooked 3/4 th and not fully boiled.
  4. Transfer the boiled pasta in to a strainer and drain out all the water.
  5. Spread them on a kitchen towel for five minutes to get the wetness dried out.
  6. Add garlic ginger paste, curry leaves,all the flours and powders with required salt to the pasta in a broad bowl and mix well.
  7. Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is heated keep the flame to medium and fry the pastas to crisp and serve.
