Ingredients: 3/4 cup milk + 2 tsbp; 1 cup grated cheese; 1 1/2 cups boiled macaroni; 1/4 cup tomato pizza sauce; 1 egg; 1 cup Broccoli – chopped finely blanched; 1 medium onion chopped; 1/4 tsp Garlic powder; 1/4 tsp oregano; 1/8 tsp thyme; salt and pepper to taste; bread crumbs for topping

This was a fun recipe to get my son to try new things

Ingredients Serving: 4

3/4 cup milk + 2 tsbp
1 cup grated cheese
1 1/2 cups boiled macaroni
1/4 cup tomato pizza sauce
1 egg
1 cup Broccoli – chopped finely blanched
1 medium onion chopped
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp thyme
salt and pepper to taste
bread crumbs for topping

Instructions

In a pan saute the onions and set aside
Meanwhile, in a saucepan gently heat the milk and cheese together.
Add the broccolli, tomato sauce, and onion to it and all the seasoning including garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper to it. Turn off the flame and add the egg to it
Add in all the macaroni and mix well.
Pour the macaroni mix into a oven proof dish. Top with bread crumbs and bake for 30 minutes or until the top is crisp
