Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Red chillies (dry, deseeded) 10
  2. Garlic 10 cloves
  3. Onion chopped 1
  4. Galangal, chopped 1 tbsp
  5. Lemon grass 1 stalk
  6. Coriander stalks 7-8
  7. Kafir leaves 6
  8. Roasted coriander seeds 2tbsp
  9. Roasted zeera 1 tsp
  10. Peppercorn 20
  11. Red chilli pwd (degi) 1 tsp
  12. Salt 1 tsp
  13. Sugar 2 tsp
  14. Oil 3-4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Soak red chillies till soft.
  2. Put all ingredients in blender and blend it well.
  3. Store in a clean jar in fridge and use as required.
