About Samvak Muffin Recipe

This recipe is very nice and eaten in fast. The taste is awesome.

Samvak Muffin

Ingredients to make Samvak Muffin

  • Samvak flour 1 katori
  • curd 1 katori
  • vart salt to taste
  • water as required
  • green chilli 2 slit and cut
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • mustard seed 1 tbsp
  • sugaar 1 tbsp
  • ginger 1/2 tbsp grated
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp

How to make Samvak Muffin

  1. take a bowl add samvak then add curd.
  2. add ginger and lemon juice and mix it.
  3. add salt and mix well. add water and make a smooth paste.
  4. leave it for 20 minutes and then mix again. add water if required
  5. put in muffin mould.
  6. put in microwave for 3 minutes on high mode.
  7. demould it when cool down.
  8. hot a pan add oil then add mustard seeds and then green chilli.
  9. when it splitter add water then add sugar and switch off the gas after a boil.
  10. put this in muffin and served with imli chutney.
