- 1/4 cup salted boondi (deep fried droplets of flour)
- 1/4 tsp
- 1/4 tsp roasted seeds (coarsely crushed)
- 1/2 tsp chopped fresh leaves

How to make Boondi Raita
My Tip:The quantity of curd can be increased to make the consistency a little thin. Sugar can be avoided if one does not prefer a sweet raita.
