Ingredients to make Baked Plain Rice Pizza

  • Plain rice 1 cup (4 hrs soaked)
  • water 3 cup
  • salt 1 tsp
  • jaggery syrup 3 tbs
  • carrot grated 2 cup
  • Crushed cardamom 1 tsp
  • coconut grated 1 cup
  • Cooking oil 1 tsp
  • Grated paneer 1 cup
  • raisins few
  • cashew nuts few
  • water for steam

How to make Baked Plain Rice Pizza

  1. WASH, SOAK, GRIND SMOOTHLY PLAIN RICE BY ADDING WATER AND SALT TO TASTE
  2. BATTER LIKE NEERU DOSA (WATERY)
  3. JAGGERY SYRUP
  4. GRATED CARROT
  5. BREAD CRUMBS
  6. GRATED COCONUT
  7. CARDAMOM POWDER
  8. TRANSFER INTO COOKING OIL GREASED PLATE
  9. GARNISH WITH GRATED PANEER
  10. RAISINS AND CASHEW NUTS
  11. BRING IT TO COOK ON STEAM FOR 30 MINUTES, 10 MINUTES IN HIGH FLAME, NEXT IN LOW FLAME
  12. OPEN THE LID AND CHECK THE COOKNESS
  13. CUT IN DESIRED SHAPE
  14. SERVE THE PIECES
