Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potato 4-5
  2. Sugar 1 tbsp
  3. Beetroot 1
  4. Ghee 4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes
  2. Mash them
  3. Add ghee and roast it nicely
  4. Roast till it's nicely cooked and aroma starts spreading
  5. Peel beetroot grate and take little juice of beetroot for nice pink colour
  6. Add it to potato mix nicely
  7. Add sugar cook for some time
  8. With the help of mould make the heart shape
