A versatile coconut chutney that goes well with almost anything.

Coriander Coconut Chutney

Ingredients to make Coriander Coconut Chutney

  • 2 cups grated fresh coconut
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander
  • 2 flakes garlic
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 3 green chillies
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp tamarind paste
  • salt to taste

How to make Coriander Coconut Chutney

  1. Take all the ingredients and grind them together in a mixer grinder. Add 1 - 2 tbs water if required. No need to grind to a very fine paste.
  2. Serve with idlis, dosas or make chutney sandwiches.

My Tip:

Can be refrigerated and stored for 2 -3 days.
