Crispy Potatoes

Ingredients to make Crispy Potatoes

  • 10-14 baby potatoes
  • 2tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp rawa
  • 1tsp red chilli powder
  • 1tsp jeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp chopped fresh/dried basil
  • salt as per test
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • oil for deep frying
  • Cheese cube greated for garnishing (optional)

How to make Crispy Potatoes

  1. Boli baby potatoes & remove their skin (per boil only)
  2. In a big bowl mix corn flour,rawa,red chilli powder,haldi,jeera powder,salt,basil & mix it well with water.keep a side for 10 minutes
  3. Heat oil in wok
  4. Now take baby potatoes gently press them with yourr palm & deep into better.
  5. Deep fried this potatoes till crispy golden brown
  6. Remove it on paper towel
  7. Garnish with some greeted cheese, chilly flack's & basil leave/coriender.
  8. Serve with Mayo/Sauce or green chutney
