Lots of time leftover roti was there..i tried to make a testy item with that roti.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 7/8 atta roti
  2. Boil potato 3
  3. Choped onion 3
  4. Green chilli 1
  5. Salt to taste
  6. chilli powder 1 tsp
  7. ,dhonia powder 1 tsp
  8. gorom masala powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Moida 2 tbsp
  10. ,bread crumbs 2 tbsp
  11. ,oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Grind leftover atta roti in mixi.
  2. Now make a dough with that roti paste,boil potato,chopped onion,chilli,salt, chilli powder,dhonia powder,gorom masala powder..
  3. Make a batter with moida,water,salt,chilli powder..
  4. Take a portion from that dough,give desire shape.dip in batter,coated on bread Crumb and deep fry.
  5. .serve it with chilli,tomato sauce and salad
