About Italian Lasagna Recipe

Its a very eassy receipe and loved by everyone.

Italian Lasagna

Ingredients to make Italian Lasagna

  • Boiled lasagna sheets -12
  • oil - 1tablespoon
  • Cheese - 2cups grated
  • For white sauce -
  • maida -2tablespoon
  • butter - 1/2cup
  • salt - 1/2tablespoon
  • Milk- 1cup
  • pepper powder - 1/2tablespoon
  • For filling-
  • Chiken - 1&1/2cup minced
  • oil - 2tablespoon
  • ginger/garlic - 2tablespoon
  • salt - as per taste
  • pepper powder - 1tablespoon
  • Crushed red chillie - 1/2tablespoon
  • water - 1/2cup
  • cilantro - For garnishing
  • Mix herbs - 1tablespoon
  • onion -1/2cup chopped
  • tomato - 1/4chopped

How to make Italian Lasagna

  1. In a pan add oil than add onion saute it well.
  2. Add g/g paste and tomato mix well than add chiken.
  3. Add chiken and all the remaining spieces.
  4. Cool it than add water.
  5. Once its done add cilantro.
  6. In a pan add butter and maida mix it well.
  7. Add milk and salt and pepper mix it untill it forms a thick consistency.
  8. Take a baking tray grease it with oil.
  9. Put white sauce at bottom than put 4lasagna sheets.
  10. On it put chiken mixture and put the cheese.
  11. Repeat this process untill the tray is full.
  12. At last put mix herbs and bake it for 20mins at 180degree or untill the cheese gets golden.
