Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For Ragda- Boiled chana - 1cup
  2. Turmeric powder - 1/2tablespoon
  3. Oil - 2tablespoon
  4. Onion - 1/2cup chopp
  5. Salt - As per taste
  6. Water - 1/4cup
  7. For patice-
  8. Boiled Potato - 2
  9. Salt - 1/2tablespoon
  10. Cumin powder - 1/tablespoon
  11. Chat masala - 1/2tablespoon
  12. Cornflor - 2tablespoon
  13. Oil - For frying
  14. For Garnishing-
  15. Green chutney - 1/2cup
  16. Sweet chutney - 1/2cup
  17. Sev - 1/2cup
  18. Cilantro - 2-3tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In pan add oil than add onion saute it.
  2. Add boiled chikpeas and turmericthan add water.
  3. Cook it for 5mins.
  4. In a bowl mashed potatoes than add all the other ingredients.
  5. Than make pattice out of it.
  6. And shallow fry it.
  7. In a plate pour some ragda than place pattice over it.
  8. Put some sev and both the chutneys.
  9. Garnish it with some cilantro.
