Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Besan 2 cup
  2. Ajwain 1 tsp
  3. Red chilly powder 1 spoon
  4. Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  5. Black pepper powder 1/4 spoon
  6. Baking soda 1 pinch
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil as required
  9. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Take a besan,ajwain ,turmeric powder,black pepper powder,soda ,oil in a bowl.
  2. Mix well..knead smooth dough by adding watern
  3. Greased the dough with oil.
  4. Take a sev making machine.
  5. Place the mould in the machine.
  6. Heat oil in a pan
  7. Then make a gathiya with machine.
