About Rajgire ki chach/ Amaranth ki namkeen lassi Recipe

during fasting we all know that our body needs more minerals, that's why we take more of fruit juice, chach, sweet lassi or milk.

Rajgire ki chach/ Amaranth ki namkeen lassi

Ingredients to make Rajgire ki chach/ Amaranth ki namkeen lassi

  • 1 cup puffed rajgira
  • sendha salt to taste
  • 2 litter butter milk
  • roated cumin powder 1 tsp
  • fine chop mint leaves 1 tbsp
  • black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • A pinch of heeng
  • crushed ice as needed
  • mint leaves for garnish

How to make Rajgire ki chach/ Amaranth ki namkeen lassi

  1. transfer the butter milk, salt, cumin powder and black pepper into mixer jar, just churn it couple of minute.
  2. now mix puffed rajgira and chopped mint leaves, place the ice in serving glass then pour the chach, garnish with roasted cumin powder and mint leaves serve chilled

My Tip:

you can also add raita masala powder as per your choice .
