Ingredients to make Dosa

  • rice 3 cup
  • 1 cup urad daal
  • fenugreek seeds 1 spoon
  • Poha 1 /2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • oil as required

How to make Dosa

  1. Take rice,fenugreek seeds and urad daal.Soak in the water.for 4 hours.
  2. Then grind it in mixer also add poha .
  3. Then rest for 4 hours.
  4. Then add salt and water and make batter.
  5. Then take a pan.
  6. Greased with oil
  7. Then pour batter into pan
  8. Roasted it.

My Tip:

Serve hot with coconut chutney.
