Ingredients to make Dharvad pedha

  • 1 litre full cream milk
  • 1 cup suger
  • 1 tbsp corfimom powder
  • 1 tbsp venegar

How to make Dharvad pedha

  1. 1 LITRE .BOIL IT
  2. WHEN COMD OUT BOIL ADD 1 TBSP VENEGAR
  3. MIX IT . IT STIR THE MILK AFTER EACH ADDITION UNTIL THE MILK SEPARATES; THE SOLID CURDS PART FROM THE GREEN AND WATERY WHEY.
  4. CURD AND WATER ALMOST SAPRETED
  5. DRAIN THE WATER TO STRAIN THE MILK IN THE CHEESECLOTH.
  6. WASH IT WITH COOL WATER
  7. ROAST IT 5 MINUTE
  8. WHEN IT IS DRY ADD 1 CUP SUGAR
  9. COUNTINUSALLY ROAST IT
  10. WHEN IT GET BTOWN COLOUR .GRIND IT LIKE A SIMOLINA
  11. GRIND IT
  12. IT IS SAPRETED IN A SMALL PART
  13. ADD 1 TBSP MILK AND TOAST IT
  14. WHEN IT BECOME DRY ADD AGAIN MILK AND ROAST IT
  15. ADD 1 TBSP CORDEMOM POWDER AND REST IT FOR 1/2 HOUR WHEN IT GET COOL
  16. TAKE A SMALL PART OF AND ROLL IT ON THE PALM
  17. TRY TO GIVE A SHAPE LIKE CHACHAM .MIX IT IN SUGAR POWDER
  18. DHARVAD PEDHA READY
  19. ITS INNER LEVEL IS TOTALY DRY LIKE A LADDU AND IT TEST MARVOLAS
