ABOUT Sambar vadi RECIPE

This snaks belong to Maharashtra's Vidarbha region . sambar mean coriander so it call " sambarvadi" it test very delicious .Actually the test of sambarvadi is thd mixture of sweet ,spicy ,sour ,so ot is very testy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose floure 1 cup
  2. Green coriander 1 cup
  3. Dry coconut grited 1 cup
  4. Peanut powder 1/2 cup
  5. 2 tbsp khuskhus
  6. 2 tbsp til
  7. Chilly powder 1 tbsp
  8. 1 tbsp mango powder aamchur
  9. 2 tbsp suger
  10. Salt
  11. Oil 2 cup
  12. Sof

Instructions

  1. Take a all purpose floure in bowl anx add 2 tbsp oil salt .
  2. Mix it throughoutly .then and water
  3. Knead dough tight . rest it for 30 minute .vover it with weight cloth
  4. Chhoped coriander and roast it 1 or 2 drop oil .
  5. Then roast coconut powder ,khuskhus ,til ond by one sepretly.
  6. Now mix all ingredient in one bowl
  7. Add suger ,salt ,chilly powder ,mango powder ,
  8. Mix it well.it looks very trmpting.
  9. Now take a small part of dough .roll it like a puri .
  10. Fill the stuffing only one side.
  11. Now stick its left and right side corner .
  12. Fold its upper sind and stick it very finely.
  13. Now roll it . like a paper
  14. Roll it with smoothly only the help ox ur finger
  15. Make all sambaf vadij like that
  16. Heat the pan and add oil .when oil get hot drop sambar vadi and fry it low and mefium flem.
  17. Serve it with dates and imali chautany.
