Ingredients to make falahari idli

  • 1 cup sour curd
  • 1 cup samo
  • 1 tsp fruit salt

How to make falahari idli

  1. IN A MIXI JAR THE GRIEND SAMO
  2. LIKE THIS
  3. TRANSFER THIS MIXTURE INTO A BOWLADD 1 CUP SOUR CURD AND WATER
  4. MIX WELL AND MAKE A SMOOTH BATTER, IT SHOULD BE OF THICK CONSISTENCY, KEEP ASIDE FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES
  5. GREASE THE MOLDS
  6. ADD ROCK SALT (SENDHA NAMAK), 1/4 1TSP ENO
  7. MIX IT WELL
  8. POUR IT BETTER IN MOULD
  9. HEAT SUFFICIENT WATER IN A STEAMER, KEEP THE IDLI TRAY IN IT AND STEAM FOR 6-8 MINUTES OR TILL DONE.
