Vegetable cutlet

Ingredients to make Vegetable cutlet

  • Chopped vegetables 1 cup ( carrot,beans, beetroot,cabbage, cauliflower)
  • Chopped onion 2 numbers
  • Mashed potatoes 3 number
  • ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • chilly powder 2 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  • coriander leaves chopped 2 table spoon
  • Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  • oil 5 table spoon for shallow fry
  • maida or corn flour 4 table spoon

How to make Vegetable cutlet

  1. In a pan add oil and add ginger garlic paste and onion and saute till transparent
  2. Add vegetables and saute and cook it covered in low flame
  3. Add mashed potatoes and mix well
  4. Add salt and all powders and mix well
  5. Add coriander leaves and let it cool
  6. Make balls of the mixture and shape it as cutlet
  7. Make a solution of maida not too thick and not too thin
  8. Dip the cutlet in the solution and dip in bread crumbs
  9. In a tawa shallow fry all cutlets and serve hot with ketchup
