Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Large size brinjal 1pcs
  2. Flour 6-7 table spoon
  3. Bread crumb 3 table spoon
  4. Ginger,gerlic paste 1 teaspoon each
  5. Chopped coriander leaves 1table spoon
  6. Chopped onion 2 table spoon
  7. Black paper powder 1/2 tea spoon
  8. jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  9. gorom masala powder 1/2 tsp
  10. chat masala 1/2 tsp
  11. Lemon juice 1tea spoon
  12. Salt taste wise

Instructions

  1. Make lots of small whole in brinjal
  2. Brush oil on it
  3. Burn it in medium flame
  4. Cut that brinjal into small pieces and smash it
  5. Now add all above indigents (except bread crumb),and mix very well
  6. Now add bread crumb
  7. Take small portion of this mixture and give shape of cutlet.
  8. Now coat all cutlet in flour,and deep fry
