Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dairy milk 1/2 cup
  2. Water 1/2 cup
  3. Coconut milk 1 cup
  4. Raw sagoo 1/4 cup
  5. Suger as per teste
  6. Chopped mango
  7. Kewra water 1 teaspoon


  1. Firstly wash sagoo 2/3 times.soak it for approx 2/3 hr.drain the water.now it become 1/2 cup
  2. Heat dairy milk and soak sagoo in it
  3. Cook it on the medium flame for 4/5 min
  4. Add water and coconut milk.cook on low flame for 10 Min.and stir it constsntly
  5. Add suger and cook for another 2/3 min
  6. Take it off the gas,it should be quite liquidly
  7. Once at room temperetures chill it for 3/4 hours in the fridge
  8. At the time of serving add Kewra water and mango pieces
  9. Beautify with mangoes
