Ingredients to make Bombay Rava Soji

  • Bombay rava 2 cup
  • jaggery 1 1/2 cup
  • raisins few
  • Milk 1 ltr
  • cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

How to make Bombay Rava Soji

  1. DRY FRY BOMBAY RAVA
  2. ADD IN BOILING MILK
  3. STIR CONTINUOUSLY TO AVOID LUMPS
  4. AFTER WELL COOK ADD JAGGERY
  5. CARDAMOM POWDER
  6. RAISINS
  7. BRING IT TO BOIL UNTIL JAGGERY DISSOLVED, TURN OFF THE FLAME AND SERVE
