Buttermilk Rava Dosa

Ingredients to make Buttermilk Rava Dosa

  • Bombay rava 2 cup
  • buttermilk 2 cup
  • water 2 -3 cup
  • salt to taste
  • spring onion chopped 1 cup
  • onion chopped 1 cup
  • Grated paneer 1 cup
  • Cooking oil (optional)

How to make Buttermilk Rava Dosa

  1. DISSOLVE SALT IN WATER
  2. ADD BOMBAY RAVA
  3. STIR WELL
  4. ADD BUTTERMILK, CLOSE AND KEEP ASIDE FOR TEN MINUTES
  5. OPEN THE LID, CHECK THE BATTER
  6. CHOPPED ONION, SPRING ONION
  7. ADD GRATED PANEER, MIX WELL
  8. POUR ON HOT TAWA
  9. SPREAD PANEER, CLOSE AND COOK FOR 3 MINUTES IN MEDIUM FLAME
  10. OPEN THE LID
  11. FOLD, REMOVE AND SERVE IN HOT
