Ingredients to make Sabudan Milk Payasam

  • Sabudan 2 cup
  • Milk 1/2 ltr
  • water 1 ltr
  • sugar 2 cup
  • cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • raisins few
  • ghee 2 tsp

How to make Sabudan Milk Payasam

  1. FRY SABUDAN IN HOT GHEE
  2. SAUTE AND FRY TILL CRISPY
  3. ADD IN BOILING WATER
  4. COOK TILL SOFT IN LOW FLAME
  5. ADD SALT
  6. ADD MILK AND STIR
  7. CARDAMOM POWDER
  8. ADD RAISINS, ALLOW IT TO BOIL ONCE, TURN OFF THE FLAME AND SERVE IN WARM
