Paneer Channa Masala

Ingredients to make Paneer Channa Masala

  • chickpeas overnight soaked 2 cup
  • water
  • salt to taste
  • paneer 50 gram
  • butter 2 tsp
  • Chopped coconut 1 cup
  • Chopped onion 1 1/2 cup
  • garlic cloves 5-6
  • turmeric powder a pinch
  • tamarind gooseberry sized
  • Ciba taaza Channa masala powder 2 tsp

How to make Paneer Channa Masala

  1. COOK BLACK CHICKPEAS
  2. ADD SALT
  3. GRIND ONION, RED CHILLI
  4. GARLIC, TAMARIND, TURMERIC POWDER
  5. SALT, CHOPPED COCONUT
  6. GRIND SMOOTHLY, POUR INTO A PAN, ADD SUFFICIENT WATER
  7. MIX WELL CORNFLOUR WITH WATER
  8. ADD INTO BOILING GROUND MASALA
  9. STIR AND BRING IT TO BOIL
  10. TRANSFER INTO COOKING CHICKPEAS
  11. CIBA TAAZA CHANNA MASALA POWDER
  12. ALLOW IT TO BOIL
  13. FRY ONION TILL TRANSULANT
  14. ADD PANEER CUBES
  15. TRANSFER INTO MASALA
  16. GARNISH WITH BUTTER AND SERVE
