Falahari stuffed khandvi

Ingredients to make Falahari stuffed khandvi

  • 1 cup singhare ka atta
  • 3 cups coach or 1 cup mixed with 2 cups of water
  • 1 tsp green chilly ginger paste
  • sendha namak to taste
  • For stuffing
  • 3 tbsp grated fresh coconut
  • 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
  • 1 tsp finely chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander

How to make Falahari stuffed khandvi

  1. Tadka is optipnal If you like then take 1 tsp oil 1 tsp rai 1 tsp white sesame seeds or til
  2. Mix together singhate ka atta ,salt and chaach ,mix well so that there are no lumps .
  3. Heat a pan and pour this mixture and cook on liw heat ,stirring continously ,so that it doesn't stick to the bottom .Cook till the batter becomes thick and leaves the sides of the pan.

  5. Now spread the mixture on a greased plate or on a kitchen platform .Now mix the stuffing ingredients and spread evenly on the ready khandavi
  6. Then cut the khandavi into 1 inch.
  7. strips and roll them ,place them on a serving plate
  8. Now make tadka by heating oil ,add rai and til and pour over the ready khandavi. It is ready to serve ,enjoy.

My Tip:

Serve with coriander n chilli chutany
