Ingredients to make Crispy poha chakhna

  • 2cups poha(flattend rice)
  • 1/2cup peanuts
  • oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make Crispy poha chakhna

  1. Heat oil on a high flame
  2. Now fry poha in high heated oil and draine all the oil and soaked on a tissue paper
  3. Now fry peanuts and mix with fried poha or chiwda
  4. Add salt and pepper to tsste and store in a air tight jar

My Tip:

Poha will be fry in just few seconds so just be quick draine from oil *let the fried poha and peanuts cool in room temp
